Charges
A standard delivery charge of £9.99 is added to the purchase price of most items upon placement of an order, unless otherwise stated.

Delivery Times
All orders are normally delivered locally within 24hours in the local area, unless otherwise stated.

Receiving the Delivery
All items are checked prior to delivery, however please feel free to check your purchase before signing for it.

Installations
All installations carried out must be signed off as finished and satisfactory by the customer.

Cancelling an Item
In the rare occasion that you may wish to cancel an order please contact us with your order reference number and we will arrange for a refund, provided parts have not been ordered, where you may be subject to a re-stocking fee.

Faulty Items
In the rare event that any of your purchases develop a fault, and it's been more than 28 calendar days since receipt, then provided your item is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair. In some cases, manufacturers provide a specialist full on-site service and/or telephone help facilities for your convenience, which we recommend you use in order to correct the fault quickly.

Refunds
If you have simply changed your mind about an item ordered and you wish to return it, then you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 10 days of receipt. The item must be unused and 'as new' when returned to us. Once you've informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have 28 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once the item is received, we'll issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method.
