So if you can no longer access your photos, videos, music, work files, assignments or other important personal documents held on your hard drive, don't worry, we can help.

In most common situations data is lost from hard disks, which have suffered a logical failure. Here are some examples of logical failures of which data can be recovered from:

If you have lost some of your data or have suffered a hard disk failure, the most important thing is not to try not to panic. You should power off the computer and leave it switched off. If you try and fix it yourself, in some cases this can make it harder to recover the data and can cause further data loss.
We can help by retrieving all recoverable data from your hard disk. If you would like us to help, the first step is to complete our online contact form or give us a call, giving us some basic information about the problem you are having. Please don't just send us your hard drive without completing the application form, as speaking to us is the first step in ensuring that we are able to help recover your data.

Once we have been in contact with you we will arrange an appointment to collect the computer from your home. We will let you know once we have done the initial analysis (usually within 24 hours) to inform you if we are likely to be able to recover your data, and how long it will take. We will also give you an estimate at this time as to how much it will cost.
If we recover less than 40Gb of data we will return your data to you on DVDs. If we have recovered over 40Gb of data we will need to return your data on a new hard disk. We can either buy a new hard disk for you, or you can buy a new hard disk yourself and we will load the recovered data onto it.
Don’t forget, if you have any questions or queries do not hesitate to get in touch!
