What this involves:
- Send us a message or give us a call to book a repair appointment. We’ll come to your home and complete a consultation with you to understand the problems you are having.
- We'll carry out a diagnosis of your computer and advise what the problem is and what we need to do to repair your computer.
- Advise you on how long the repair will take and how much it will cost. If it’s likely to be a quick repair we may be able to fix your computer there and then, if not we’ll take it away to be repaired.
- Once the repair is done we'll give you a call. We’ll return your computer to you, give you an overview of the work carried out and answer any questions you may have.
